Roger Dyson Ltd has been manufacturing recovery systems for over 50 years. Due to further expansion and a new aluminium workshop, we are looking for 3 more aluminium fabricators to join the team here in Droitwich.

The role

You will fabricate aluminium beds and ramps for commercial recovery vehicles, and flyers, using MIG and TIG welding. The aim of the job is to achieve output targets safely, to a high standard of quality and within build deadlines.

What you will be doing

• Fabricating aluminium beds and ramps for commercial recovery vehicles and flyers (MIG and TIG)
• Plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and manual press brake operations
• Using hand tools, including grinders and drills
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Working safely and to a high standard to meet output targets and build deadlines

What we are looking for

• Experience fabricating aluminium, with MIG and TIG welding skills
• Experience in plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and manual press brake operation
• Confidence using hand tools such as grinders and drills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• A good team member who works safely and takes pride in quality
