NRC Fixed Boom

Although our range of fixed boom recovery units shares the performance and features of our slider unit they start with a lighter unit model, the 9515. There are four crane models in the NRC European range starting with the 9515, 9025 through to the heaviest, the 9035.

As with the slider system, all of these models share the unique features of crane elevation, forward mounted winches and maximum distance between the sheaves head and the winch mountings enabling the most efficient winch cable management. The 9515 model is suitable for installation to 15,000 kg GVW chassis upwards, whilst retaining all the unique features available on an NRC Slider but being more competitively priced. These non slider models have hydraulic rear stabilisers, a wide choice of underlifts, locker systems to suit your individual chassis and operational requirements with stylish flyers, paintwork and graphics. The NRC Fixed Boom can become the most powerful unit in your fleet for its size and it will also be an asset to have as part of your portfolio.

Starting with the 9515, the lightest in the model range, which is ideally suited for chassis from 15 to 18,000 kgs, this model can deal with cars and light commercials and can be specified to have underlift performance to recover casualties up to 18,000 kgs GWV trucks, tractor units and city buses. The compact size allows the operator to maximise the use of the vehicle applying it to cars and commercials without the need for two individual medium size recovery units.

Moving up the range to the more powerful 9025 and 9035, these systems have the capacity to recover broken down trucks and buses or vehicles of similar size and weight involved in major accidents. By utilising all the features on these powerful units there is no job too large that cannot be tackled with conviction as this system has all the features of dual winches, crane boom, power tilt hydraulic stabilisers, accessories and attachments to complete any recovery from car to heavy commercial with confidence, speed and efficiency.
