Dyson Brimec Fixed Loader
The Fixed Plant Loader is an all welded sheet construction. The chassis approved sub-frame includes inset cross members to ensure the lowest platform height and smooth loading approach to give operators a safe and efficient loading deck. The drop side rave allows loading by the fork lift without any side obstruction. The hydraulic loading ramp allows quick loading as it has no removable pins or manual brackets. Sideways adjustment ramps are optional. This loader design has an excellent loading angle from 5° to 12°.
The plant loader is manufactured to cope with towing operations with a standard capacity of 6 tonnes. Towing equipment including vehicle trailer electrics are available as required. The fixed loader system can be fitted to a normal chassis from 18 to 32,000 kgs GVW with day or sleeper cabs accommodated.
